      The bag dust collector uses an electromagnetic pulse valve (also called an embedded valve) to directly connect the gas storage tank with the dust collector injection pipe to blow and remove the dust. Each dust collection room is equipped with a poppet valve. When cleaning the dust, The poppet valve is closed (that is, off-line dust removal) to cut off the water-free, oil-free high-pressure clean air to filter the dust on the outer surface of the bag. Its main feature is that the bag dust removal adopts an offline three-state (filtering, cleaning, and static) cleaning method. The phenomenon of "re-adsorption" of dust removal is avoided, thereby removing dust. The main key components that affect the generation of bag dust removal are: pulse valve, lifting cylinder, reversing valve, etc. At present, there are two common structural forms of offline pulse used in iron factory bag dust removal: (1) offline valve adopts lifting cover Plate type: the cylinder is placed vertically, the off-line valve cover adopts a circular iron plate, which is placed horizontally, and the middle shaft is connected with the cylinder rod.

       The off-line valve adopts the flap type: the cylinder is placed horizontally, the off-line valve flap is placed vertically, the middle is rotated by a shaft, and the shaft and the cylinder are connected by a tie rod rotating arm.

        Due to the different connection methods of the cylinder and the flap, the environment of the equipment is also different. During the production and operation, the production is often affected by the failure of the equipment, which directly causes the dust emission to exceed the standard, and the environmental protection test is unqualified. The equipment is repaired in time.
