The ash hopper of the dust collector in our factory is generally greater than 600, and the ash storage capacity can generally meet the processing capacity of 8 hours. The ash stored in the ash hopper needs to be discharged in time. Affect the life of the bag and the efficiency of dust removal. When the ash pulling truck malfunctions and affects the ash pulling (the ash unloading and the ash pulling of the automobile are carried out simultaneously), the problem of ash clogging at the air inlet of each sub-chamber of the dust collector is more serious, and some even need to cut the pipe. Therefore, manual dust removal is very important to coordinate the trucks in the factory and organize the unloading on time. At the same time, the trucks need spare equipment. The ash hopper should not be emptied when unloading. The remaining ash can be used for the sealing of the ash hopper. After emptying, the ash unloading valve may not be tightly sealed and cause air leakage. Some dust collectors in our factory have found that the dust The problem that the trigger and the spiral ash conveyer draw air to the ash hopper, and this situation mainly occurs in places where the residual ash amount of the ash hopper is judged only manually. The control of the residual ash amount of the ash hopper depends on the level gauge and the ash unloading motor. This is not the case for dust collectors controlled by chain. Therefore, the level gauge is quite useful for ash unloading control.

  The pulse jet dust collector mainly uses the compressed air in the pressure air bag as the cleaning energy source, so that when the electromagnetic pulse valve is activated, a pulse airflow is formed to pulse from the top of the filter bag to the bottom of the bag. Its purpose is to shake the combined material on the outside of the filter bag into the dust hopper of the dust collector through pulse shaking. If the pressure or flow is insufficient and the dust removal force cannot reach the bottom of the filter bag, the material cannot be peeled off, forming local dust accumulation, resulting in equipment resistance, uneven filter material load, etc., and shortening the life of the filter bag. On the contrary, if the cleaning force is too strong, the fine particles that have penetrated into the surface of the filter material will be knocked out of the surface, resulting in secondary dust. At the same time, the filter bag may break due to excessive friction with the cage due to too strong oscillation force. Therefore, regardless of the use of high, medium, or low pressure compressed air sources, the cleaning power and flow rate of the equipment are reasonably configured according to the process, soot and filter material properties.
