Operation and maintenance of jet plus bag filter
Check before start-up
Check and clean impurities and dust build-up on
exterior and interior of bag filter. No blockage
occurs in dust hopper.
Check tension state of filter-bag suspended, it
should not be too tightened or loosened.
Filter-bag should be tied and fixed firmly without
any broken.
Check following areas that air leakage occurs
easily, e.g. inspection door, duct, suction hood
and so on. They should be closed tightly as per
requirement.
Check whether various valves, instruments and
devices act flexibly & reliably, and whether they locate on correct positions respectively.
Dust-cleaning device should work properly.
Check whether oil quality and oil volume for
various lubricating areas meet requirement; whether all measuring points of temperature, level meter and pressure are connected properly.
Fixed bolts of various connecting parts should
be tightened completely to avoid vibration and loosen occurring during operation.
Transportation device used for dust-discharge
should work properly. Sealed valve should act flexibly, and which is closed tightly.
For winter or high moisture of dust-contained
gas, electrical heating device or heat-up equipment should be checked whether they can work properly upon power-on and ventilating.
Check whether dust-cleaning device is in good
condition. Bag filter should be carried out test run as per requirement of operating instruction.
Check whether vibrating mechanism is in good
condition, and whether throttle is operated
correctly.
Check whether any blockage or air leakage
occurs in piping system.
Check whether temperature, voice, vibration
and oil volume of related equipment are proper.
Observe that shutdown sequence of bag filter is
contrary to its start-up sequence when it should
stop. If bag filter is configured within interlock
system of host machine, it should stop
automatically as per reversed sequence
together with host machine. If it is sectional
stop, which should be operated as per following
sequence:
⑴．Stop motor of exhaust fan or blower.
⑵．Stop dust-cleaning device after all filter-bags
are carried out dust-cleaning process.
⑶．Stop transportation equipment of dust and
motor of dust-discharging device.
Emergency stop can be trigged under following
condition. Chief of shift or director on-duty should be
informed at once after stop
When dust-discharging device stops rotation, it
is invalid after re-startup, and it should be checked.
When fault occurs in dust-cleaning device or
control instrument, and it can not be eliminated after maintenance.
When fire accident occurs due to high
temperature or entry of fire source, power supply should be switched off and exhaust should be stopped rapidly.
When filter-bag is damaged or drops.
When vibration occurs in exhaust fan, impeller
touches shell, and it is invalid after adjustment.
When vibration occurs in bearing and motor of
exhaust fan, or its temperature-rise exceeds stipulated value.
