Today we will introduce a little bit woven glass fiber fabric for you.
Glass fiber is an excellent performance of inorganic non-metallic materials, it is a natural ore as raw materials, according to the design of the formula for the ratio, the high-temperature melting, drawing, yarn, weaving and other processes to form a variety of products.
First, the glass fiber temperature 260 ℃ (conservative), instantaneous working temperature can reach 280 ℃, wear resistance is relatively poor.
(R2O content is 11.9% -16.4%) and high alkali (R2O content equal to or greater than 15% of the glass composition) according to the content of R2O in the glass fiber. E-glass fiber strength is higher than the alkali 10% -20%, but the acid and alkali resistance is lower than the alkali glass fiber.
Third, fiberglass weaving processing:
1, silicone oil treatment: PTFE + silicone oil + other chemicals, enhance fiber flexibility to improve folding resistance, increase the surface smoothness to improve the cleaning capacity, increase the surface oil to improve water resistance.
2, graphite treatment: PTFE + silicone oil + graphite + other chemicals, and silicone oil after the filter compared to increase the anti-static capacity.
3, the expansion of glass fiber: the mechanical surface of the fiber will be curved hair bending, increase the efficiency of glass fiber woven filter permeability (06 or more).
Fourth, the textile is divided into smooth and twill, twill of mechanical strength is better than smooth, sewing is divided into cylinders and suture.
Fifth, the thickness and weight: 03 ≈ 320G 04 ≈ 420G 05 ≈ 520G 06 ≈ 640G 07 ≈ 720G
